Terms of Service

This document establishes the conditions governing the use of management and consultancy services provided through the website banderadepolonia.es. By hiring our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Object of the Service

Bandera de Polonia acts as a private management agency for the processing of recreational vessel registrations under the Polish flag. Our service includes:

  • Review and validation of the documentation provided by the client.
  • Translation of necessary documents (if included in the contracted package).
  • Submission of the application to the relevant Polish nautical authorities.
  • Sending the provisional and final documentation to the client.

2. Relationship with the Administration

As indicated in our Legal Notice, we are not a public body. We are a private company that charges for a professional intermediation and management service. The client acknowledges that they are paying for the value of our advice and the management of procedures before third parties.

3. Obligations of the Client

For the correct provision of the service, the client undertakes to:

  • Provide truthful, complete, and updated information and documentation.
  • Guarantee that the vessel meets the legal requirements for its registration.
  • Be responsible for the legality of the original documents provided (invoices, contracts, titles of ownership, etc.).
Any delay resulting from the delivery of incomplete or erroneous documentation will be the sole responsibility of the client.

4. Prices and Payments

The prices detailed on the website include Polish government fees and the agency's management fees. Payment will be made securely through the methods indicated on the platform.

The registration process will only begin after confirmation of payment and receipt of all necessary documentation.

5. Cancellation and Withdrawal Policy

Due to the nature of the service (management of documents before public bodies), the client consents that:

  • Once the application has been submitted to the Polish authorities, the service is considered in execution and there will be no refund of official fees.
  • If the client decides to cancel the service before the official submission, management costs may apply for the work already performed (document review, translations, or previous advice).

6. Delivery Times

The delivery times of 24-48 hours for provisional registrations and 14-30 days for final certificates are estimates based on the normal operation of the Polish registry. Bandera de Polonia is not responsible for extraordinary delays caused by strikes, failures in government systems, or local holidays in Poland.

7. Jurisdiction

For any dispute that may arise from the provision of the service, both parties submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Valencia, Spain, waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
