Bandera de Polonia (banderadepolonia.es) does not issue or print registration certificates, radio licenses, or navigation titles.

Our role is strictly one of intermediation and management. Official documents are issued exclusively by the competent authorities of the Republic of Poland (PZŻ, PZMiNW, or the REJA24 body). We act as your representatives to facilitate communication and the administrative process.

Approval depends on the authorities

Hiring our services guarantees that your application will be presented correctly, professionally, and without technical errors. However:

• The final decision to grant or deny registration rests solely and exclusively with the Government of Poland.
• If an application is rejected because the vessel does not meet the legal technical requirements or due to falsity in the documents provided by the client, our agency cannot be held responsible.

Fees for assistance and management

The payments made on this platform are broken down into two concepts:

• Government Fees: The amount that our agency pays to the Polish State on your behalf to process the registration.
• Management Fees: The amount you pay us for our work in document review, translations, personalized advice, and monitoring of the procedure.

You acknowledge that you are paying for a professional assistance service that saves you time and bureaucratic complications, but that such payment does not guarantee a favorable result if the Polish administration determines that the registration is not appropriate according to its current regulations.
